The agricultural development workers from ILRI learned to collect and assemble digital stories with a view to using stories from local people to complement the evaluation of development suggestions by traditional, quantitative means.
Working in two local languages, the stories focussed on new ways of managing to feed livestock in an area traditionally vulnerable to drought and starvation.
